Project Management 

We have spent four years creating a custom project management system, which has won multiple awards for detailed documentation and the ability to track parts and projects accurately. The system is based around a custom Part ID label which is used to track and log each part as it moves through the fabrication and assembly process, the process begins by creating and filling out a paper form which contans part information which includes but is not limited to drawing numbers, lengths, and quantities needed. The form also has each person work works on a major step of the fabrication sign-off so that it is easy to track who did what, to ensure quality. 

Then the part goes through a detailed Quality Assurance and Quality Control (QAQC) process which ensures all dimensions are accurate and the part is considered safe to be around, and there are no sharp edges or burs which could harm a human. Once the part has passed QAQC, then paper form(s) are logged into a Project Binder, more commonly known as The Book, and important information is then logged into a master spreadsheet which is assecibale through a custom google based project management website.
