A core part of our progress and success is our high level and dedication to Project Management. With the first recorded instances of Project Management, were located in the Pit at competitions as the pit crew would make specialized checklists that pointed out common failure points of specific SYSTEMS on the Robot. These checklists have become a core part of our Project Management system, and are base for all Team 957 Project Management.
Our Project Management system sees projects through from start to finish. With a process of
Design → Design Review → Re-Design from comments → 2nd Design Review → Re-Design as needed → Final Design Review → Team Approval → Fabrication → Assembly → Testing → Re-Design from Testing

The second part of the video is about our documentation process. A large part of our process involves 'paperwork'.
We document everything, and for physical part, (e.g. parts we mechanically make) require a part tracking form to be filled out
